these creatures live, like their name says, near the hottest places on the land. while unable to make any kind of complex work unless having a PSI affinity or the ability to manipulate objects with their mind, they’re still completely capable of reasoning.

they can superheat their bodies to make them easy to manipulate, allowing them to change their shape. they shouldnt get in contact with water after they do that, at least for quite a while! if they do their skin will harden to the point they wont be able to move and will force them to break it. if they do, their flesh will be exposed to the elements, which is very unpleasing! but their skin can grow back. if they dont however, they can die of suffocation on the spot due to being unable to contract and retract their chest.

All of them possess a fire/lava affinity. most also possess a PSI subtype, but that’s because their parents teach them how to use it. if a Volcano Wanderer has not learned how to manipulate things by the age of 15, they’re most likely to never learn it.

they’re calm and cheerful, despite their majestic body and position. some of them are even playful like a kid, or naughty like an imp.

they can reproduce with any mammalian or reptilian. however, the offspring will always be a pure breed of either the Volcano Wanderer or the mate they chose. however, an offspring of the other species can aqquire the colors of a Volcano Wanderer.

Their diet is based basically on Rocks of all kinds and lava. yes, they can drink it! some can also eat normal food.

Kirin is Chesien’s boyfriend. he’s rather naughty and brave, as well as rather cheerful, despite his constant serious/calm expression.

his favorite kind of rock to eat is sapphires and blue onyx.
