"Rila is an far-travelling arms dealer, specialized in retail commerce, and oftens sells to civilians, and thus trades weapons intended for self-defense, hunting and collectors. She rarely packs extremely potent weapons, not only because these are rarely fit to be sold to civilians, but she’d rather not upset the local government of whatever place she is passing by.

Rila as a person is… Crude, cocky and generally a cunt. While she strongly avoids doing anything that might get her in trouble, she do things she believes that she can get away with on the grounds that nobody cares. Petty crimes and that either grants her physical goods or are negligent in nature, like stealing soap from an establishment or littering. She is also very greedy and miserly.

On the other side she always stays true to deals, never attempts to fool anybody, always admit her own mistakes (or misdeeds, but only when asked) and never refuses to pay for them (in the case of her misdeeds, only if someone DOES care). She is always very sincere, even to a fault.

Still, you can tell Rila is pretty far from being the brightest shade of white."
